We will send you two emails.
 
The first email is a booking confirmation and will arrive immediately after your transaction is complete. It is not your ticket and will not be accepted as a valid ticket.
 
The second email will arrive around one hour after booking and will contain an attachment. You can either click on the Apple Wallet icon in your second email and 'Add' the ticket to the Wallet on your Apple device, or open the attachment on your Smart device, or access the ticket via the 'My Tickets' section on your AWC Trains app or simply print the attachment.
 
Note that you will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat reader in order to view and print your ticket. This is available free of charge by downloading from Adobe. If you lose your email you can view it again by visiting the My Account.
